How to Register as a Seller on pv.market

Updated 23 October 2026. This guide reflects the public registration form available on pv.market. Prepare accurate business details, choose the user type that matches your organisation and follow any verification instructions provided for your account.
1. Open the registration page
Go directly to the pv.market registration page. If you already have an account, sign in instead of creating another one.
2. Enter your contact and company details
Enter your name, email address and company name. Choose the appropriate country calling code and enter your mobile number. Use contact details that your business can access for account messages and follow-up.
Create a password and enter it again in Confirm Password. Follow any requirements or validation messages shown by the form.
3. Select the user type that matches your business
The current options are EPC Company, Developer, Installer, Manufacturer, Distributor, Solar Analysis User, Supplier, Agent and Trading Company. Choose the option that accurately describes your business; there is no separate Seller option on this form.
If you are unsure which type fits your activities, contact pv.market support before submitting. Selecting a business type should not be treated as confirmation that selling features are already approved.
4. Review the account choices and submit
Read the terms and conditions, privacy policy and the disclaimer linked on the form before deciding whether to accept them. The form currently labels the disclaimer as a buyer disclaimer, including when Manufacturer is selected. Ask pv.market support to clarify its applicability if needed.
Review the separate marketing-consent choice according to your preference. Check your details, address any validation messages and use Sign up when you are ready to submit the registration.
5. Verify your email and submit company documents
After sign-up, check your email for the verification message and follow its instructions. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that you used the correct email address. Contact pv.market support if you still need help.
Submit your company-registration details and the VAT or tax documents applicable to your business, following the instructions in your account or official pv.market communications. Wait for pv.market to review and approve the account before using seller features. Ask support which documents apply if you are unsure.
6. After approval, set up warehouses and add stock
Once pv.market approves your seller account, set up your warehouse locations and add your stock using the tools shown in your account. Prepare exact product brands and models, relevant product documents, available quantities and units, pricing and delivery terms before adding offers.
Keep availability accurate and distinguish individual units, packs, pallets and other quantity units. Check the account status and any review requirements before assuming an offer is public.
7. Get help with registration or seller access
Use the pv.market contact page for help with choosing a business type, verification, company documents or access to selling tools. Include your company name, the email used to register and a clear description of the step or error. Never send your password or one-time verification codes.
For preparing accurate product information, see the model and document verification guide. To understand the information buyers need in a quote, see the supplier quotation comparison guide.
