The JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro JAM66D42-595/MB is a 595W n-type bifacial dual-glass module delivering 23.0% module efficiency across 132 half-cells. Built with Bycium+ cell technology and a 16BB design, it provides lower levelized cost of energy (LCOE), improved low-irradiance performance, and reduced light-induced degradation (LID). The module features a bifaciality factor of 80% ± 5% and a -0.290%/°C temperature coefficient of Pmax for strong output in high-temperature environments. Dual 2.0mm + 2.0mm glass with an anodized aluminium frame withstands 5400 Pa front load and 2400 Pa rear load. It includes an IP68 junction box with QC 4.10-351 / MC4-EVO2A connectors and is rated for 1500V DC systems with a 30A maximum series fuse. It is backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty (1% first-year degradation, 0.4% annual degradation, retaining 87.4% at year 30).
