LONGi Hi-MO X10 LR8-66HVD-640M 640W N-Type Bifacial Dual Glass Solar Panel

The LONGi Hi-MO X10 Scientist LR8-66HVD-640M is a 640W N-type bifacial module built on LONGi's HPBC 2.0 back-contact cell platform. With no gridlines on the front face, the full cell surface is exposed to light, delivering 23.69% module efficiency and a uniform all-black appearance suited to rooftops where looks matter.

Back-contact architecture moves all busbars to the rear, raising output by 30W+ over conventional layouts and giving A+ anti-shading performance — partial shade from a chimney, pole or tree causes far less loss than on a standard panel. It also prevents localised overheating and reduces micro-cracking.

Dual 2.0+2.0mm semi-tempered glass with an anodized aluminium frame withstands 5400Pa front and 2400Pa rear loading, plus 25mm hailstones at 23m/s. Bifaciality of 75±5% captures reflected light from the rear, adding up to 25% additional yield on high-albedo surfaces. The IP68 junction box carries three bypass diodes, and the module is rated for DC1500V systems across -40°C to +85°C.

Degradation is under 1% in year one and 0.35% annually thereafter, leaving 88.85% of rated output at year 30. Backed by a 15-year product warranty and 30-year linear power warranty, certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730.
