The LONGi Hi-MO 7 LR8-66HGD-625M is the flagship 625W module in the Hi-MO 7 series, built for utility-scale power plants and large commercial rooftops. HPDC cell technology delivers 23.1% module efficiency across 132 half-cells — the highest in the series — with a -0.280%/°C power temperature coefficient that holds output through hot afternoons.

Bifaciality of 80±5% is among the highest available, capturing reflected light from the rear face for up to 25% additional yield over sand, concrete or light-coloured ground. At 625W per panel, fewer modules, mounting rails and cable runs are needed per megawatt, cutting balance-of-system cost.

Dual 2.0+2.0mm heat-strengthened glass with an anodized aluminium frame withstands 5400Pa front and 2400Pa rear loading, plus 25mm hailstones at 23m/s. The IP68 junction box carries three bypass diodes, and the module is rated for DC1500V systems (IEC and UL) across -40°C to +85°C.

Degradation stays under 1% in year one and 0.4% annually thereafter, leaving 87.40% of rated output at year 30. Backed by a 12-year product warranty and 30-year linear power warranty, certified to IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL 61730.
