Deye GB-W-BOX Battery Cabinet for GB-W High Voltage ESS - 58.8 to 188.4kWh

The Deye GB-W-BOX is the floor-standing cabinet that houses the GB-W high-voltage lithium battery system for indoor commercial and industrial installations. It accepts 5 to 16 GB-W modules, giving 58.8kWh to 188.4kWh per cluster at 256–819.2Vdc, with up to 169.5kWh usable at 90% depth of discharge.

Modules stack cable-free inside the cabinet — no wiring harness, no tools — which cuts commissioning time substantially compared with conventional rack systems. A detachable maintenance cover allows service to be carried out directly on the assembled cluster rather than stripping it down.

Thermal management is handled at pack level with independent fan control, holding cell temperature spread within 5°C across the stack. Millimetre-grade filtered airflow removes dust before it reaches the cells, protecting long-term capacity. C4 anti-corrosion coating suits humid and industrial environments.

Run up to 16 cabinets in parallel and the system reaches 3MWh. Cluster-, pack- and cell-level balancing allows modules to be added or replaced without matching batch or age. Compatible with Deye power units from 30kW to 125kW. Rated for 6000+ cycles at 70% end-of-life retention with a 10-year warranty.
