Deye GB-W-PDU-2 High Voltage Controller Box for GB-W Lithium Battery System

The Deye GB-W-PDU-2 is the high-voltage controller and power distribution unit for the GB-W lithium battery system. It sits between the battery cluster and the power conversion unit, handling DC switching, protection and system-level control for installations built on GB-W modules.

It supports GB-W clusters running at 256–819.2Vdc nominal, with the cluster rated for 230A continuous charge and discharge and 322A peak for one second. Cluster-, pack- and cell-level balancing is coordinated across the stack, allowing modules of differing age or batch to operate together and be replaced individually.

Communication runs over CAN and RS485, linking the battery cluster to Deye power units from 30kW to 125kW. The GB-W system it controls is rated for 6000+ cycles at 70% end-of-life retention with a 10-year warranty, and scales from a single cluster of 58.8kWh up to 16 clusters totalling 3MWh.

Designed for indoor commercial and industrial installation alongside the GB-W cabinet, in environments up to 3000m altitude and 0–85% humidity.
