Desikamani a.k.a.Mani is a metallurgist ny training from NIT, Jamshedpur and schooled entirely in TVS Schools at Madurai. He has been through pioneering giants like Widia, Advani Oerlikon, Carborundum Universal working with an exotic variety of materials before making the shift to engineering behaviours of people.

After a long stint with NIS Sparta & NIIT, Mani founded Mentor Learning ( www.mentor.in ) in 2002 where they practice behaviour & learning engineering aligned to organizational results. Mani's work revolves around Organization Development, Learning & Leadership Development, Psychometric & Competency Assessments, Business Mentoring for SMEs and Executive Coaching amongst others.

Helping a better understanding of the human phenomenon, aligning forces instead of forcing alignment are his creed!
