He is an expert in Talent Acquisition, HR Policy Deployment and People Processes, Employee Engagement, Competency Development and Corporate Governance. He has worked in organizations of repute, such as Aptean, SLK Software, Brigade Group, and HMT. His unique ability to grasp people issues in diversified industries and cultures across geographies and design solutions for managing complex HR issues are well acclaimed.

Sam has been passionate about applied research and consulting alongside his executive career. He is actively involved in managerial and leadership development through professional associations and has presented papers in National and International Conferences. Sam has often been invited as Guest Faculty in Business Schools and Engineering Colleges.

Sam has obtained his Doctorate from Bangalore University for his work on Managerial Values.
