Elmex EBPV4M Solar PV Branch Connector Male 1000V DC IP67

The Elmex EBPV4M is a photovoltaic branch connector that allows two module strings to be paralleled into a single output without a combiner box. It carries three branches — two male inputs and one male output — in a single moulded body. Construction uses a single metallic component rather than crimped assemblies, which lowers contact resistance to under 0.5 mΩ and removes a common failure point in the string. Contacts are brass with nickel and tin plating for corrosion resistance across a long field life. Rated 1000V DC and tested at 6kV, 50Hz. Current rating is 25A with 2.5 mm² cable or 30A with 4.0 mm² and 6.0 mm² cable. IP67 sealing and a -40°C to +85°C operating range suit rooftop and ground-mount installation in harsh conditions. The snap-in locking system connects and disconnects by hand with no tools or release keys, with insertion force at or below 50N and withdrawal force at or above 50N — secure enough to resist accidental separation, light enough for fast installation.
