APAR DC Cable 6 Sq.mm Black 700 Meters Roll

The APAR 6 sq.mm solar DC cable is a single-core photovoltaic cable manufactured to EN 50618, rated 1.0/1.0kV AC and 1.5kV DC between conductor and conductor and conductor and earth. The conductor is fine-wire annealed tinned copper — 84 strands to Class 5 flexibility under IEC 60228 — giving easy routing around trackers and tight enclosures while the tin plating resists corrosion at terminations. DC resistance is 3.39 Ohm/km at 20°C, and current rating reaches 70A in free air, 67A for a single cable on a surface, or 57A for two cables laid adjacent. Both the insulation and outer sheath are electron-beam cross-linked halogen-free XLPO polyolefin, tested for fire performance to IEC 60332-1 and smoke emission to IEC 61034 at minimum 60% transmittance. Halogen-free construction to IEC 60754-1 means no corrosive gases in a fire, and the compound resists chemicals and oils per EN 50618. Rated for continuous operation from -40°C to +120°C, withstanding 90°C at rated current and 250°C during a short circuit. Minimum bending radius is five times the outer diameter, and expected service life is 25 years — matched to the modules it connects. Cable ends are sealed with caps as supplied.
